We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

We offer free Standard Ground Shipping on most orders.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.

 

RETURNS 

Return Policy by Brand

 

EcoFlow


If there is a manufacturing defect on the product:

We will require a description of any issues, and provide pictures or video. 

Once approved by EcoFlow, a return shipping label will be provided.  Once the defective item is received, EcoFlow will arrange a replacement shipment or refund. EcoFlow will cover shipping fees for the return or replacement due to product quality problems within the warranty period (according to product).

 

Returns without Defect - Shipping costs to be paid by customer 

At the manufacturer's discretion, returns may be accepted for new, undamaged, and unmodified products in the original packaging.

Jackery

If there is a manufacturing defect on the product:

We will require a description of any issues, and provide pictures or video. 

Once approved l provide a return shipping label.  Once the defective item is received, Jackery will arrange a replacement shipment. Jackery will cover shipping fees for the return or replacement due to product defects.


Returns without Defect - Shipping costs to be paid by customer 

Unopened items may be returned up to 15 days from the date of original shipment.

 

After 15 days from invoice date: NO returns, only replacement.

Returns without Defect - Shipping costs to be paid by customer Before a return is made, the customer must receive written approval of the return and a Return Authorization Number. 

At PowerMy.com’s discretion, returns may be accepted for new, undamaged, and unmodified products in the original packaging Those returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price, as well as return shipping fees. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Items that are purchased and cancelled before shipping may be subject to a 15% processing and restocking fee. In the event of a product return, QuietKat will not accept the return of promotional items associated with that sale. The MSRP value of the promotional items will be deducted from the refund.


If a customer sends a return without the written consent of the company, a refund will not be issued. The customer who sends a unit back without consent will be responsible for shipping costs back to them or will sacrifice the item. 

ACOPOWER (LionCooler)

Once approved, PowerMy will provide a return shipping label.  Once the defective item is received, ACOPOWER will arrange a replacement shipment. ACOPOWER will cover shipping fees for the return or replacement due to product defects.


Returns without Defect - No cash refunds, credit towards next sale only. Shipping costs to be paid by the customer. A re-stocking fee will apply

Generally Mototec does not approve returns without Defects - At the manufacturer's discretion, returns may be accepted for new, undamaged, and unmodified products in the original packaging. Shipping costs and restocking fees may apply to be paid by the customer 


For Defective items or missing parts - Mototec will send replacements for missing parts

Mango Power

30-DAY RETURN POLICY - Returns without defect.

At the manufacturer's discretion, returns may be accepted for new, undamaged, and unmodified products in the original packaging. Returns without Defect - Shipping costs to be paid by customer. 

Please make sure the package is in good condition and will not affect the resale. Shipped orders cannot be refunded during transportation.  

WARRANTY RETURNS for defective items:

 

Contact PowerMy.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. 

Mango Power will not accept returned items without prior authorization and RMA*. Write the RMA number on the shipping label outside the package. RMA numbers should be clearly displayed on the shipping label of the returned package. Do not write the RMA number directly on the box. Packages without an RMA number on the return shipping label may not be accepted by our local warehouse. 

Mango Power will repair/replace any faulty products during the warranty period. A replacement resumes the warranty period left of the original order. 

The repaired item or replacement will be shipped within 14 business days after confirming that the defective item is received at our warehouse. The final solution is subject to the availability of the replacement items.  

Shipping costs to be paid by customer in the following situations: 

  • Returning products without any proven defect. 

  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase 

  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found to be in proper functioning status by Mango. 

  • Costs related to unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)
