Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 22, 2025

The Short Version

We’re PowerMy, and we’re here to help you get the most out of your solar investment. We only collect what we need to analyze your system and deliver honest, independent recommendations. We don’t sell your data or share it with solar salespeople. And if we can’t give you a clear, documented plan to save at least 4× our fee in the first year, we’ll refund you in full.

Our Promise (4× Guarantee)

We guarantee a clear, documented plan to save at least 4× our fee in the first year — or we’ll refund you in full.

What “clear, documented plan” means: a numbered set of actions within your control (e.g., rate-plan changes, battery scheduling, load shifting, maintenance, or targeted upgrades), with estimated annual impact, assumptions, and a simple “how-to” for each step.

What “save” means: projected bill reduction or avoided utility charges based on your current utility rate structure and usage pattern at the time of analysis.

What we need from you: 12 months of utility bills when available, accurate solar production data and system details, and honest answers on usage patterns and constraints (e.g., EV charging schedule).

This guarantee is about the plan we provide — not whether you ultimately implement it. Savings are estimates based on your data and published utility tariffs.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement and supersede prior understandings.
